Online Chat Feature Added
Hey everyone!
FYI, we’ve just added Live chat functionality to our help system. In the start page, just click on the Online Chat link to send us an instant message when we are online (we usually are).
If someone is available to answer your questions or take your comments, you will see this icon:
If you see this icon:
we are not online, but can still be reached by e-mail or through the User’s Page portion of the blog
